Coaching
Many people will be grappling with change at some point in their working lives whether it is
personal, departmental, divisional or organisational.Organisational change requires that individuals transition to new ways of doing things.
People need to become the change.
Without addressing behavioural change with individuals we can never really hope to manage
larger scale change effectively. Coaching addresses change at an individual level:

Build resilient behaviours - control, commitment, challenge - to be able to better thrive on pressure and cope with a constantly changing environment.

Develop managers’ own coaching toolkit so that they are better able to coach their own teams.

Support the development of leadership abilities such as flexibility, strategic thinking, visionary thinking, decision making, building powerful relationships, motivation, self belief and self awareness.

Develop individual capability in high potential managers being groomed for promotion or those newly promoted, through working with limiting beliefs and developing personal effectiveness to move to a new level of performance.

Support and develop people where a change in structure requires them to move to new ways of working.

Develop exceptional communication skills for conflict resolution, improved relationships with self and others, developing personal impact and influence and understanding how personality style impacts positively or negatively on relationships with others.
TEAM COACHING
Coaching teams can have even more impact than coaching individuals. We work with groups
of up to 8 individuals on a half day or full day basis. Prior to the session will we
make a full assessment of your current situation, desired outcomes and objectives with
the Organisation Manager, Coach and Team members. The session includes clear alignment
of shared vision, purpose and goals. We will explore values of individuals and the
organisation - espoused and operating values and work to find the relationship and
the gap between these. We will investigate the perceptions and differences in team
dynamics and performance. And we will explore blocks to performance improvement and
strategies to shape change. The session includes feedback and evaluation.
