Behavioural Change

Communication is often about change. When you communicate to change perceptions, you are changing attitude and ultimately behaviour. Sometimes good communication on its own is not enough to bring about effective change. At Changeworks we use a select set of innovative and unique techniques to bring about sustainable and cost–effective change:

  • Viral Change (TM) — pioneered by Leandro Herrero, Viral Change is an innovative and highly effective approach to managing change in organisations. Essentially, a small set of non negotiable behaviours are defined and a process to encourage and spread these behaviours is adopted. These behaviours are imitated, endorsed by a small network of people, and this spreads new ways of doing things, quickly and effectively. Its strength lies in peer to peer networks, supported by dialogue and conversation, to create sustainable cultural changes and spread an internal infection of success. Viral Change is closer to infection of ideas or behaviours than to the traditional rational appeal and cascaded down initiatives of change.
  • The Embodied Brand (TM) — developed by Changeworks to help your people become your brand authentically, with integrity and in their own unique way. The DICE process of Discover, Imagine, Create and Embody takes them on a journey that is both invigorating and inspiring.

Built into these processes are the latest techniques and research in learning and behavioural change. We use deep metaphors and modeling techniques as well as storytelling and viral communication to spread change rapidly throughout your organisation.
